By creating a Recollect account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Recollect lets you import, store, search, and organize AI conversation exports from platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Cursor. We provide a free tier (up to 250 conversations) and a paid Pro plan with additional features.
You own your data. The conversations you import into Recollect remain your property. We do not claim ownership of your content. We do not use your conversations to train AI models or sell to third parties.
You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the service.
Don't use Recollect to:
The Pro plan is billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee 100% uptime. The service is provided "as is." We may modify features or pricing with reasonable notice.
You can delete your account by emailing recollect@polsia.app. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recollect's total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
